A single vineyard with 58-year-old vines. A small site in one of the oldest parts of Uetikon, enclosed by walls and hedges, creating a unique microclimate. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and ageing in a 250-liter clay vat produces a lively, direct Räuschling. Young, still somewhat closed on the nose. However, it is already fine, elegant and complex. Gentle on the palate with fresh acidity, fine fruit, rich and varied aromas. We are sure it will improve with bottle ageing.
